I said I wanted to add more veggies in my life. I saw tortang talong in our office cafeteria and thought to myself, easy. I asked my husband if he’d like for us to try this and he said yes, lol. I honestly thought it was easy and straightforward but I underestimated this dish or was I just overconfident?
I was going through some of my Cooking Diaries and saw the Volume 11 which featured Baked Salmon. I wanted to recreate it since salmon is my husband’s favorite fish (wow, yaman) and once in a while, we do allow ourselves to indulge with this expensive fish.
I originally saw this recipe on Twitter. It was shared by someone but the recipe came from Erwan Heussaff. I already lost the screenshot so bear with me as I try my best to share it with you. (Totally irrelevant question, anyone here who can’t stand Erwan too?)
When my friends and I went to Aqua Planet this summer, we had this mouthwatering pesto rice with sausage for lunch. It was so good I wanted to recreate it. I had to try the recipe a couple of times before finally saying I got it. The “I got it” recipe is the one I will be sharing with you today!
