I always believed in the saying “Be a tourist in your own country.” There is always more to see if we only take some time and explore a little. Sometime last year I did just that as I explored the National Museum of Natural History.

To be completely honest, I didn’t have any expectations when I went through the front doors of the museum. All I wanted was to practice my photography and have a new blog post. But while I was there, I was reminded of the beauty of the Philippines. I was reminded of how lucky I am to live in a country that has such a diverse landscape and wildlife.
