It’s been so long since I’ve posted a recipe here on my blog! In fact, the last recipe I posted was during the holiday season. It’s been that long. I’m still not a pro in the kitchen but I believe I have a better understanding and taste palette a year ago. Without further ado, here’s my version of Seafood Pasta!


What you’ll need:

Tomatoes, onions and garlic
Noodles of your preference (I used linguine)
Seafood of your choice: shrimp, clams and squid

What you’ll do:

For the noodles, cook it as instructed in the label. For the sauce, you’ll saute the garlic, onions and tomatoes in a pan with a little oil. Add in your clams and leave it to cook (and water) for a while. Add in your squid and shrimp. Let it simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.




Some takeaways from this recipe

I’m not going to pretend that I know what I was doing while I was cooking this. In fact, I just trusted my gut and prayed to the kitchen gods that it would turn out good. Thankfully, they answered my prayers and this dish was a hit. There are tons of other ways to cook this but since I had limited ingredients, this was what I ended up with. I hope you take inspiration from this recipe and create your own!
