Curves of a Man Made Forest in Bohol

Going through my Bohol pictures, I was reminded of how beautiful nature is. Shown in the picture above is the majestic curves of the  Man Made Forest of Bohol, Philippines. Those are beautiful mahogany trees that stretch a two kilometer road between two towns. According to our tour guide, this area was born out of the efforts of the people of Bohol to combat kaingin farming. My faith in humanity is restored after seeing what we can do to take care of our environment. All we need to do is start.

To keep it short and simple: I'm twenty-eight years old. Still plenty young, but not as young as I used to be.

  1. Lovely shot of what nature can do…I was in Palawan in May and I was highly impressed at the effort made for eco-conversation and understanding. I hope it continues, the earth and it’s beauty is precious…Thank you for sharing…
