The Inspiration: Having eaten at Rack’s a lot of times, this dish is my ultimate favorite. Presenting to you, Rack’s Garlic Scampi Pasta. It is so good, I can eat it all by myself. 😛
For those, like me, who do not know what the word Scampi means –
Scampi is a name for various culinary preparations of certain crustaceans, commonly Nephrops norvegicus (the Norway lobster, sometimes itself called “scampi” or “langoustine”), or a similar lobster such as Metanephrops, as well as shrimp or prawns. -Wikipedia
Basically, its yuminess, and you know it. 😉
What you’ll need:
- Olive oil
- Spaghetti Noodles
What you’ll do:
- Cook your pasta as required and set aside.
- In a pan, add in olive oil and butter.
- Add in garlic, shrimp and brocolli. Mix.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add in your noodles.
- Mix. Add in olive oil if a little dry.
This has to be, by far, my favorite pasta dish I have ever cooked…ever. It’s so good and I love how even without the shrimp, it is a meal by itself. It is so good and I love the fact that vegetables are added into the mix. 🙂
There you have it, this week’s featured recipe! Let me know if you try it. 🙂
