After a day of not eating rice, I had to have something heavy to fill up my gas tank. The only thing I could think of was potatoes!

Some nutritional facts before the recipe…


Science agrees with me that potatoes are a good source of carbohydrates!

What I did was pretty straightforward.

– Boil potatoes. Once done, set aside.


-In a pan, add in a tbsp of olive oil and brown your garlic.IMG_1376

-Add in your potatoes, salt and pepper to taste! Totally optional: add herbs/spices if you have! I added some we had lying around but I don’t know exactly what it was, lol. I’m guessing it was dried thyme leaves.


There you have it. A simple, quick and easy fix for some yummy potato marbles.
